This is an extremely rare Bugs Bunny Model Sheet drawn by Bob McKimson, Sr. Who had the “surest hand” of all the Warner Bros animators. McKimson worked in Bob Clampett’s unit during the 1940s. The sheet is dated 1943. It is NOT the original drawing but it is one of the few remaining ORIGINAL copies. These copies were handed out to other animators to ensure that they got the character right. There are some stains and tears with pieces missing around the edges and corners. These sheets were often thumb tacked to the animators desk while working. While there are other Bugs model sheets from different time eras, nearly all Warner experts agree that this is the SEMINAL Model sheet. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by.
