The original production pencil drawing which accompanies this cel was created by an animator in 1980 for a Warner Bros. Production entitled: Bugs Bunny’s Bustin’ All Over Although the pencil drawing is not part of the limited edition, it has been authenticated with Mr. Pencil drawing is heavily covered with discoloration spots as shown in pictures. There is some discolored spots and scratches on the front of the framing, also pictured. Actual animation cel is in very good condition.
