For all audiophile and music lovers who cherish outstanding music with equally outstanding sound! I specialize in Audiophile LP’s: Half-Speeds Japanese Pressings, Direct-To-Discs & very rare & hard to find LP’s. I take pride in myself in personally auditioning each LP on my world-class, reference level audio system. I GRADE MY VINYLS USING GOLDMINE’S VISUAL GRADING GUIDELINES AS FOLLOWS, BUT I “PLAY GRADE” ALL OF MY OPEN RECORDS IN ITS ENTIRETY ON MY SYSTEM. BECAUSE THE ONLY TRUE WAY TO GRADE A LP IS TO PLAY IT. MINT: Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played or still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM): A nearly perfect record. Vinyl shows no obvious signs of wear. LP jacket has no creases, folds, seam splits, or any other similar defects, and no cutout holes. Basically a NM looks and feels new. VERY GOOD+ (VG+): A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled but previous owner(s) took good care of it. Vinyl surface may have some slight signs of wear that doesn’t effect playback. Slight warps that does not effect the sound are OK. The label may show some very light wear or discoloration & the center hole will not be misshapen. VERY GOOD (VG): Many of the flaws in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing but will not over power the music. Groove wear & light scratches will be evident. Labels may be marred by writing, tape or stickers. Same is true of the sleeve & jacket cover. GOOD & GOOD PLUS (G & G+): Good doesn’t mean bad. A record in good or good plus condition may be put on to a turntable and will play through without skipping, but will have significant surface noise & scratches. A jacket or sleeve will have seam or splits or tape writing, ring wear or other flaws. POOR & FAIR (P & F): These types of records, I would never grade nor sell. Will vary depending on the country. But must receive the same LP in the exact condition it was sent in. NOTE: Sealed LPS are NON-REFUNDABLE. I keep a photographic record of each item for everyone’s peace of mind.

Here’s a very rare artifact: an original 1978 promo poster for the US release of Prince’s debut LP, For You Warner Bros. It’s in excellent condition with no splits or pinholes. Aside from the original folds, it has a few tiny extraneous creases visible on close inspection; and on the blank back side there’s just a touch of foxing (yellowish discoloration) in a few spots. The poster measures 23″ by 23″.

Prince Poster Promotional 1979 Warner Bros. As illustrated in the photos I provided, the edges of this poster do you have some light wear. There is a tiny rip in the corner of the Warner Brothers logo, but none of the poster is missing. Once framed this tiny rip would be barely visible. Also as illustrated there are some light very tiny white blemishes on the poster in certain areas. I have stored this poster for over 30 years in a white Polyethylene tubing to protect it. There are no pin holes in the poster. Like the “For You” Promotional poster, this is one of the rarest Prince posters Warner Brothers Records ever issued.
