NEW PHOTO added showing the BACKGROUND! This is an ORIGINAL ANIMATION CEL from the now classic REBIRTH PART 1 episode. This is a gorgeous shot of BRUCE in the BATMAN BEYOND costume at the beginning of the episode. This piece comes with its gold embossed WB logo and certificate of authenticity. It will also come with its official scene-matching background provided by Clampett Studio Collections (the home of the WB Art program). I always hate to see these go… They are one of a kind pieces of ORIGINAL ART, and cels are no longer used in animation production. It is a dying art (if not dead already). Many of you know it is difficult to get these now-vintage pieces, and especially difficult to get them SIGNED by voice talent or producers of the show (like Bruce Timm). At this time, this particular piece is NOT signed. WE HAVE ADDED A PHOTO which shows how the piece looks with is scene-matching BACKGROUND. SPECIAL NOTE: if the cel has a “white” background, it will need to be sent back to the WB archives to be matched up with its scene-matching background and certificate of authenticity. This process can take a few weeks, depending on the workload of the employees at the archives. This is WB consignment policy, which enables us to rotate our inventory regularly and not have to pay for thousands of dollars of inventory of these rare items all at once.
