Up for sale is a Toy Story Collection 12 Utility Belt Buzz Lightyear Action Figure Limited rare. The figure was used for display unfortunately they are few paint defect on his armor. Also one of the wings doesnt go up see the pats pictures, but it does comes up when you punch the bottom. All the light works fine and they few scratches but nothing serious.
