This was made by Vandor and it is my understanding that it was a display model and only. A few of these were made and were not put into production. Marked on the bottom TM Warner Bros. It stands about 11 tall. Estate sale find in very nice condition. One flea bite on rim of the top hat (see photo #7). Easier to feel than see. There is also some age-related, under glaze crazing, but it is not a detraction to this piece. THIS ONE IS SPECIAL!
