For sale is a HarryPotter and the Chamber of Secrets DOBBY life size statue. Originally releasedin the spring of 2003 for the VHS/DVD release of Chamber of Secrets in Walmart’s and Block Buster Video. Hello and welcome to another Realm of Relics listing! This listing is for a 2003 Warner Bros. Life-Size figure of Dobby from the Harry Potter series. They were just raffle’s at certain Blockbuster Video Stores (like the Life Size Star Wars figures). Some were also used for employee raffles at certain Walmarts. This Dobby is in EXCELLENT shape and is really still Mint In Box. The clear plastic has yellowed and aged along with some cracking, but the figure has. Always been kept inside. Dobby’s feet are still tied to the plexiglass base, but we did remove him from the box to take photos. It also seems there is a small. Ding on the tip of his nose that matches a small ding in the plastic of the box as well. Other than that small ding, the figure is still new in box. With no visible abnormalities (other than the condition of the box/plastic housing). We try to show the condition of the box (or card) the best we can by photographing all sides. We never try to”fix” the boxes, cards, or blisters.. We just post’em as we have’em! Check out the photos as I think everything worth showing is there. Message us with any questions or concerns! Others I’ve seen do not have the cardboard stand or display case. The base itself is probably more rare than the statue. I’ve not seen another one like it in this condition, which is excellent. It was a reading promotional item from approximately 20 years ago. Only a few of them were made, and there are not many out there that I could find. Display case and cardboard stand approximately 4 feet tall. The clear case is new. Statue is excellent and has never been removed from the base.
