This is not a typical Powerpuff Girls lot. In 2001, representatives from Warner Bros. And Cartoon Network visited me to discuss developing a Powerpuff Girls video game. I was a game designer at Amaze Entertainment, where I had designed games for companies including Nickelodeon and Pixar, and they knew I was a devoted PPG fan. As a follow-up to our meeting, they sent me this complete collection as a gift. Everything in this lot arrived directly from the studio. It has been carefully stored for over 20 years. THE ANCHOR PIECE – OFFICIAL CARTOON NETWORK STUDIO FOLDER. The centerpiece of this collection is an official Cartoon Network studio promotional folder, sent to me as an industry contact ahead of the theatrical release of. The Powerpuff Girls Movie. The folder exterior shows light wear but the contents are in pristine condition. 10 full color lobby cards from. The limited edition set issued to commemorate Cartoon Network Studios’ first feature film. “The Townsville Tribune” – a full-size fake newspaper created by the studio as a promotional piece, dated July 3, 2002 (opening day). This is advance press kit material sent to industry contacts before the film’s release. It was never available to consumers. Game Boy Advance “Mojo Jojo A-Go-Go” – unopened, new in box. “Mojo Jojo’s Pet Project” PC game – shrink wrapped. PPG 16-month 2002 calendar – shrink wrapped. PPG 16-month 2002 calendar, alternate version – opened but excellent condition. PPG 16-month 2003 calendar – opened but excellent condition. Mouse pad featuring Mojo Jojo and the girls – shrink wrapped. CD wallet with original tag – unused. Sticker collection – unopened (case has small crack). 5 loose PPG stickers. ? Party Supplies – all unopened. Plates, napkins and paper cups. ? Figures & Keychains. 3 PPG figurines on candy bases – 2 with original tags (1 base missing). Buttercup keychain with figurine – shrink wrapped. Bubbles keychain with figurine – shrink wrapped. 3 PPG magnets – shrink wrapped. ? Books & Miniatures. Miniature Bubbles book on keychain – brand new. Miniature Buttercup green book – brand new. Official CN studio folder with 10 lobby cards and Townsville Tribune – as described above. WHY THIS COLLECTION IS SPECIAL. Every item in this lot came directly from Warner Bros. /Cartoon Network as a studio gift to a game designer during active development discussions. The sealed Game Boy Advance game, the advance press kit folder with lobby cards and Townsville Tribune, and the complete collection of party supplies, figures and accessories together tell a specific story about a specific moment in PPG history. The Powerpuff Girls are experiencing a significant collector and cultural resurgence right now – the 25th anniversary celebrated in 2024 and new projects in development mean this is an ideal moment to find this collection its permanent home with a devoted fan. These posters were not available to the general public as they were sent to the individual WB TV Network Affiliate TV Stations for promotion of the return of the WB Kids.
