It is still in its original box. The box is showing signs of wear due to age and moving it around, but the tree was never out of the box, except for me to take these pictures of it. It lights up and plays music and requires 2 AA batteries, which are not included with this sale. There are no chips or fractures; everything is in perfect condition. This is a super great item for any collector or a great gift for someone who loves all Looney Tunes!!! Because it is a collectors item and its pretty rare, I feel my asking price is fair.
