It is a TWO CEL SET UP, with MR FREEZE on one cel, and his FREEZE RAY on the other. This piece comes with its gold WB logo and certificate of authenticity. It will also come with its official scene-matching print background provided by Clampett Studio Collections (the home of the WB Art program). I always hate to see these go… They are one of a kind pieces of ORIGINAL ART, and cels are no longer used in animation production. It is a dying art (if not dead already).
